Full Weekend Pass

Saturday Day Pass
-> 9 a.m. Saturday, August 21 – 1 a.m. Sunday, August 22
-> Check-in between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
-> If you decide that day that you want to stay the night, then you must find Lady Pearl and be prepared to pay an extra $25

Vendor/Sponsor Pass

This is a private preregistered prepaid event -> ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY AUGUST 9. Payments are not accepted at check-in.

Registration and Payment Process

1. You must register for HAVEN online by clicking the red button below. HAVEN is using Eventbrite for registration purposes ONLY. Please disregard the “ticket” price listed on Eventbrite as “Free”.

Vendors and sponsors must also register for HAVEN online and fill out the vendor/sponsor section of the registration. Vendors and in-kind sponsors have the option of purchasing a full weekend pass or taking advantage of the special pricing. The deposit method is not available for special pricing.

2. Upon completion of the online registration, you will receive two auto-generated emails sent by Eventbrite. The information provided in these emails are not customizable, so HAVEN has no control over the content. You do not have to do anything further with Eventbrite, so the email labelled Eventbrite can be deleted. The other email you received labelled Lady Pearl contains your ORDER #, so keep this one for future reference. Again, all correspondence after registration must include your order number, which is the last 8 digits after the dash.

Within the next two days you will receive the official HAVEN 2010 registration confirmation via email.

3. With your official HAVEN 2010 registration confirmation, you will receive an invoice with payment instructions for the payment method you have chosen. You will have five days to complete the transaction. Procrastinators will have three days to complete the transaction. Failure to complete the transaction will result in losing your reservation at the price listed above.

Your registration is NOT complete until full payment clears our bank. The price of your registration is based on the time stamp when you completed the online registration process. Failure to meet the deadlines posted here will result in bumping your registration cost to the next level.

4. When HAVEN receives payment in full, you will receive one last email confirmation. If you chose the deposit option, your balance due must be paid by the same method as the deposit – and don’t forget to include your order number.

NOTE: Payment is NOT accepted at HAVEN. If you arrive without following the registration and payment process by the dates listed above, you will NOT be admitted.

Other Important Details

1. You must be 18 years old or older to register.

2. Each person must register individually.

3. The person named on the registration owns that registration – not the person who paid for it. HAVEN will not get involved if a couple breaks up.

4. NO REFUNDS – Transfers are accepted until Sunday, August 8 at 11:59 p.m. You must find the person to transfer your registration to, email haven.akr@gmail.com with their name and email address, then the new person must register and mention your name and order number in the comment section. HAVEN will not be responsible for the exchange of money.

5. If you chose the DEPOSIT option and fail to pay the remaining balance by the deadline stated above, you forfeit your deposit amount and registration level amount.

6. Volunteer discounts are NOT applicable to the deposit or food service amounts. Volunteer discounts are applied only to reduce your balance payment, not your deposit or food service amounts.

7. As a private event, HAVEN reserves the legal right to refuse registration to anyone without notice. Refusals are for the protection of HAVEN, the event, the organizers, the attendees, and the venue. This is not negotiable.

8. HAVEN event rules as posted on this website are agreed to by signing the HAVEN waiver during check-in. Refusal to sign the HAVEN waiver will result in non-admittance with NO REFUND.

9. Refusal to show legal picture ID (that shows your date of birth) at check-in will result in non-admittance with NO REFUND.

10. Any attendee ejected with cause will receive NO REFUND.
