Campsite Rules

These rules have been set by the campsite and are NON-NEGOTIABLE. Those found breaking the rules will be asked to leave without compensation.

1. Nudity, Sex and Play:
   1. Nudity is allowed almost anywhere, except at the pool and near the main road and driveway
   2. No sex or play at the pool, on the main beach, or near the property fence line
   3. Noise level during play cannot be overly loud as sound carries, so use those gags and choose appropriate toys
2. Vehicles:
   1. You may drive up to your campsite, but after unloading, your vehicle must be parked in the designated parking area
   2. Vehicles are not allowed on beach or play areas
   3. No four-wheelers on the property
3. In-ground Pool:
   1. Hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
   2. No nudity, sex, or play allowed
   3. No food or drink
4. Smoking:
   1. No smoking in the cabins or an enclosed space
   2. Please place your butts in the coffee cans provided
5. Fire/wood:
   1. Campfires should be in fire pits ONLY
   2. The size of your fire must be reasonabley small
   3. There may be restrictions that must be observed as they apply (like a fire ban, which is out of the owner’s hands)
   4. Do not bring your own wood – the campsite sells bundles for $6.00
6. Glass is allowed, but only on your campsite. Transfer contents to non-glass containers when leaving your campsite.
7. No electronic noise after 11:00 p.m.
8. Please respect the environment and not destroy any trees or flowers

Terms & Conditions: I swear that I am at least 18 years of age, that I have read and understand the HAVEN Event Rules, and agree to abide by them as interpreted by the event; or risk ejection from the event, as well as possible further consequences up to and including legal action. I agree and affirm to hold harmless the HAVEN Organizers, Staff, Volunteers, fellow attendees, as well as the owners of the premises <insert campsite name> and their employees; from any and all damages, loss, injuries, or indemnities to my person or property arising from my attendance at this PRIVATE event. I understand there are natural risks to engaging in BDSM play, and agree that the ultimate responsibility for my own personal safety rests with me as a consenting adult. I am aware that I will POSSIBLY be witnessing nudity, sex and alternative sexual acts, various fetishes, and that these activities do NOT offend me, and that I am a willing participant at this event. I agree and affirm that all information regarding events, scenes, fellow participants, or conversations I have participated in or overheard; while attending this PRIVATE event, is to be held in strict confidence, and that breaching of this event confidentiality may result in consequences, up to and including legal action against me. I agree and affirm to independently confirm the accuracy of any material or technique I witness, and agree to only act on the information or attempt to reproduce, ONLY at my own risk. I swear and affirm that I am not a reporter or private investigator (volunteer or professional), attending this event for the purposes of collecting information about any of the participants or the organizers; for the purpose of any investigation, or for the purpose of publication. I further understand and affirm that I will NOT disclose, in ANY format, in any manner, at any time; any information which includes or references ANY details from my attendance at this PRIVATE event. I agree and affirm that as a Private Event, I may be ejected - at any time, at the Hosts or Camp Owner’s discretion, without compensation. I understand I will face consequences up to and including legal action, should I ever violate the letter or spirit of this agreement.
